If you work with Vietnamese people, it is definitely critical for you to know what are their key career motivation drivers, especially when you are a business owner or a manager. Fortunately, such information is available for your reference. In 2013, Anphabe, one of the biggest recruitment agencies in Vietnam, partnered with Nielsen to do a primary research on the key factors that motivate Vietnamese employees.
